Blog Entry #6: Fifteenth

I'm not sure if it's an actual milestone to be fifteen years old.
But, still, you gotta thank God that you've reached this age, right?

If you'd ask me about what changes are gonna be there in a life of a fifteen year old, I'd say, nothing much.

Maybe you raised an eyebrow upon reading that, I mean, how would I even know? I just turned 15 today, how could I possibly know what is going to happen in the next few months up to next year?

I don't know, really. But, please let me explain further.

In general, in terms of my family―the rules and all― I'd say nothing much. I know there aren't gonna be changes. I know my mom will be and always will be strict. (Yeah, I know that.)

But in myself? I guess I am hoping that there'll be a change―wait, no.― There is something that will change. And, maybe, there are a lot of things that will change.

I'm looking forward to all of the changes. Hopefully, they are good ones. But, of course, there are gonna be bad ones, too. Of course, there will be wrong decisions, wrong moves and everything but I sincerely hope that I'll get through whatever obstacle that God will give me and my family.

Woooosh!

Are we getting too serious, now? LOL.

So, I just want to thank everyone who greeted me. (If y'all gonna read this blog post, hello!)

And, to you, who's anonymously reading this blog post right now. To you, who I don't even know,

Thank you so much for viewing this blog. Whether you're a new-comer or have been there since the beginning and stick through to see my craziness, randomness and weirdness, thank you so much!

You don't know how happy I am that this blog already reached the 1K+ mark. I'm sure it isn't a big deal for some other people out there, but it is to me.
Thank you for making it possible!

Thank you for inspiring me & I hope that I inspire you, too!

Let's continue inspiring each other, shall we?

Okay, now, I am going to talk about how I spent my birthday!!!

Well, There's nothing special. ― There's no balloons, surprises, confetti, party poppers or whatsoever stuff that you usually have on your birthdays.

My fifteenth birthday is probably the simplest birthday that I ever had. ― not that I don't like it. Because that's exactly how I pictured it to be.

Laid back. Normal day-like. Well, I ain't a kid anymore, right? I probably don't need parties or mascots (though, sometimes I imagine it. LOL!) so I really like how independent this birthday was.

My mom has to go to work and so was my dad so I was left in the house with my bros, which I, really liked.

So, basically, I had a movie marathon and eventually made an oreo bars!!!

Yes, I know it's just the half of it. Let's just say that I didn't buy enough white chocolate.
It's okay tho! It still tastes sooooo good!!!

And mom bought different varieties of chickens from KFC, too. But, no pictures. I ate everything in a span of 5 minutes. Kidding!

Uhh what else?
Well, that's probably it for the 23rd.

Let's move on to the next day!
Okaaaay, I know that the 24th isn't exactly my birthday anymore but can't it be extended for like 8 hours or so? I mean, there were people who greeted me on the 24th. ( I think it's because of the different time zones.)

October 24th, 10:30 AM

So, this day was for me and some of my friends.

Too early, eh?

So we all met up at the train station and headed to the game center for my birthday "purikura".

So, if you don't know what purikura is, It's this Japanese photo booth that makes your eyes big and stuff  and make it kawaii.

Which is actually awkward because I already have big eyes so it actually looks bigger in those pictures.

Anyway, here's some of it:

We couldn't get all the HD photos because then, we have to pay like 300 to 400 yen for each so nah.

Oh, and we also have this purikura video, I think. (Don't really know what it's called. LOL!)
But it's a fun video composed of the pictures we took.

I'll show you:

So this is the birthday video. Haha!

And I freakin' love this video. Literally fell of my chair upon watching.

So after the photo booths, we went to Saizeriya.

Saizeriya is a Japanese chain of family-style Italian restaurants. (Thank you, Google!)

So I was battling the fact that I wanted but also wanted a Carbonara and I basically ended up with this:

Potato & Bacon Cheese Grattan.
(I made up that myself. But I think the name's quite similar to that. I forgot, okay? Sorry!)

So when we were done, we took selfies of us.

The HD versions of selfies. Thanks to the pro-like camera!

So... yup.

And after that we just walk through and called it a day.

So that's it. HAHA!

Please just give me time to thank all of the people who made my birthday special:

To my best-est friend, Julia,
